Professional and the end finish was second to none. It was great to work with Daniel who owns DK homes. The most important element is the relationship - and Daniel so good to deal with the whole way though to project and he and his team were excellent at thinking outside the box to solve any engineering issues that inevitably crop up when you take plans and put them into real life. I’ve recommended him to friends and they’ve also had really good experiences.

Daniel and his team have been doing work for us for years. I am lucky that they still find the time to do domestic jobs as the company has grown to take larger contracts. 1. Polite- and respectful 2. Tidy- clean up at the end of each day 3. Efficient - stick to time 4. Great workmanship - look at the decking and doors. And they know other expert contractors for the jobs that they can’t do! The contact book is also excellent. All in all - use them and get a great job done.

Most importantly Daniel is very easy to work with as he is professional and reliable. He undertook a full house refurbishment project for me and did a great job. His team were punctual and tidy and did everything to a high standard. He is very knowledgeable and able to problem solve quickly when a building throws up the odd issue as old houses do when you start ripping them apart. He is also very well connected to professional services, trades and suppliers. If I were to do another project Daniel would definitely get a call.
